Freshly out of long-term dry storage, this 1966 Pontiac Bonneville convertible remains in its original special-order factory interior/exterior color combination—the rare and spectacular Dark Marina Turquoise Metallic (repainted once in the original color).

This car qualifies as a true barn find, a term used carefully here. Until recently, it was still wearing its original 1960s dry-rot bias-ply tires. To the best of the owner’s knowledge, the car had not been plated or registered in over 45 years, sitting out of circulation since 1979.

This survivor is 99% rust-free and 99% complete, with even the original clock still keeping time.

The mechanical restoration was completed with the intention of doing a full cosmetic restoration afterward. Bodywork for minor dents and surface imperfections was not performed; instead, the car was resprayed as-is to celebrate its unique history and highly original condition.
