WhiteIntroducing a 1937 Chevrolet Sedan – a classic embodiment of meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail. This vehicle represents a labor of love and expertise over several years, culminating in an exquisitely detailed frame-off build. While the interior awaits your personal touch, the car has been fully insulated from roof to floor, ready to offer a serene driving experience.
The exterior and underbody of this Sedan are in pristine condition. As a professional powder coater, I’ve ensured the frame, rear end, leaf springs, transmission case, and suspension parts are all powder-coated for enhanced durability and aesthetics. The exhaust system benefits from ceramic coating, while polished stainless steel reflects quality in the brake lines and gas tank. Additionally, high-tech undercoating protects the underbody.
Under the hood, a new 350 SB engine awaits, fitted with Vortec heads, an Edelbrock Intake, and an Avenger 625 Carburetor. It features an HEI distributor, module, and shorty headers to optimize performance. The power is harnessed through a 350 Turbo transmission, boasting a shift kit, extra clutch plates, a 2200 Stall converter, and a Lokar shifter, ensuring smooth and responsive handling.
For added convenience, this classic comes with air conditioning, including heating and defrost features. The dash is adorned with a Billet Aluminum cluster housing Classic Instrument gauges, ensuring both function and elegance.
Steering is a pleasure with rack and pinion power steering, and braking is reliable, with 11-inch front discs and 10-inch rear drums. The Ford 9-inch rear end, powder coated, includes Mark Williams 31 spline axles and limited-slip 350 gears for enhanced traction and control. The front end is a Mustang II complemented by Chassis Engineering leaf springs and sway bars, offering superior stability and handling dynamics.
This Chevrolet Sedan holds a clean title and has been driven just over 100 miles, indicating its virtually new mechanical condition and preparedness for new journeys. It’s more than just a car; it’s a statement of classic engineering preserved and enhanced for modern enjoyment.
