Black1934 Ford Victoria 2-Door Sedan
This 1934 Ford Victoria 2-Door Sedan boasts a steel body with fiberglass fenders, showing no evidence of collision repair or body filler. The vehicle is powered by a late-model Ford powertrain, featuring a 289 cu. in. small block engine with three 2-barrel carburetors mounted on an Edelbrock manifold, Mallory ignition, and Cobra aluminum valve covers. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a recently rebuilt (2/25) Ford C4 3-speed automatic transmission, which comes with a 2-year nationwide warranty, and a 9-inch Ford differential.
Braking is handled by power front disc brakes and rear drum brakes. The car rides on chrome 15-inch wire wheels fitted with BF Goodrich T/A radial tires at all four corners, with an additional chrome wheel mounted as the spare. The vehicle is finished in a glossy black paint with custom pinstriping. While there are a few minor chips on the nose and some touch-ups on the hood and driver’s door, the overall paint condition remains excellent for its age and normal wear. The hood and side panels feature 170 louvers.
All electrical components have been converted to 12 volts, with the tail/brake lights upgraded to LED and traditional “blue dots” added. The battery is trunk-mounted in a fully carpeted trunk and encased in a “Flying A” cooler. The custom tan interior comfortably seats four, featuring front adjustable leather bucket seats with seat belts, a matching rear bench seat, and custom leather door and kick panels. The interior also includes a new headliner and black carpet throughout. All interior window surrounds are chromed, and all glass is tinted.
Instrumentation includes fully functioning Stewart Warner fuel, amp, oil pressure, and water temperature gauges, as well as a Sun tachometer and a mechanical clock integrated into the rearview mirror. The original speedometer, replaced in 2003 at 69,041 miles, currently shows 69,400 miles; however, the true mileage is unknown. The car has spent most of the past 21 years stored in a climate-controlled garage.
Additional features include an AM/FM cassette radio, a separate CB radio, and air conditioning (converted to R134). The tilt steering column features self-canceling turn signals. A custom car cover is included with the sale, as well as original tools and a jack in a custom handmade wooden case (see photo). Also included are two original spoke wheels, a Holley Street Dominator intake manifold, a set of SBF tube headers, and the original 2-piece steel spare tire cover.
