Powered by a 496ci Big Block Chevrolet engine and backed by a Turbo 400 3-speed automatic transmission, this Chevelle delivers an exhilarating driving experience. The power is put to the ground through a 12-bolt posi-traction differential, ensuring that the engine’s power gets transferred efficiently to the rear wheels.

The engine has only 3,000 miles on it since being rebuilt, providing years of reliable performance.
Exterior Features:
Red 2-stage urethane paint: The paint looks great for the street but is not flawless (see photos).
4-inch cowl hood: The only fiberglass piece on the car, adding a muscle car appearance and functionality.
Autometer gauges: Fuel pressure and oil pressure gauges are mounted on the cowl for easy visibility.
Interior Features:
The interior features aftermarket Autometer gauges, including water temperature, voltmeter, and a Monster Tachometer.
The stock speedometer and gauges are not functional, and toggle switches control the ignition, fans, and fuel pump.
Lightweight racing bucket seats with 5-point racing harnesses replace the original bench seat, while a B&M Pro Rachet shifter handles the Turbo 400.
The interior is simple, functional, and geared for performance driving.

A Quik Fuel 850 cfm carburetor is mounted on an Edelbrock high-rise intake manifold.
MSD ignition system: Includes a billet distributor, Blaster coil, and 6AL box.
Hydraulic cam with a “lumpy” idle, producing a classic muscle car sound (as heard in the video).
Ceramic-coated long tube headers and a complete 2.5” exhaust system, sending exhaust gases out the back.
March aluminum pulley system for high-output alternator and power steering.
Heavy-duty aluminum radiator with both electric and mechanical fans for efficient cooling.
Fuel system: Includes a 16-gallon fuel cell mounted in the trunk.
Nitrous bottle: Strictly for show.

The car rolls on 275/60R/15 Nitto Extreme Drag tires on the rear and 225/70R/15 Cooper radials up front, mounted on Billet Specialties wheels in the rear and Chevrolet Rally wheels up front.
Chassis & Suspension:
The chassis retains the stock Chevelle frame and front suspension, but it has been upgraded with new parts, including polyurethane bushings.
Power brakes with disc brakes up front and drum brakes in the rear provide solid stopping power.
Condition:
This 1966 Chevelle is an outstanding muscle car that draws attention wherever it goes. The car is a winner, having earned its share of awards for its looks and performance.
